There's nothin like the creamy taste of Pabst when it's ice cold and on tap poured into a chilled Shouper. I keep both cans & bottles in the refer, but when it's on tap I think Pabst takes on a whole new level of Pabstliciousness!!!

Shouper or Shoup: n 1 Hour glass or goblet shaped drinking device; 2 Made of glass primarily used to transfer PBR from tap to mouth

MMMMM......BEEEEEEER!!!

I cannot find bottles near me here in Jersey. Drank a lot of draft at Firebellies in Wilmington NC years ago. Do not get to bars often and when I do they generally do not have PBR at all. The only exceptions to that are the once in a blue moon times we get out in Philly.

MMMM. I wish I could taste the most awesomest taste of PBR from the draft. That would be like getting the milk from the tit. Unfortunate as I am I have never had the opportunity. For there isnt a place around this dessolate ccountry that serves it on tap. Yes I am in Montana. I dont know why we cant enjoyed what God has intended for every man woman, and child to consume. I guess it isn't in the cards. I also have never witnessed a single can or bottle of PBR Light. If I do I will buy one for sure, just to say I have. Well gents, next time you fortunate SOB's have some Pabst from the Tit salute those who are less fortunate.

Crack one open.

I think Tap would get more votes if bars and taverns would clean their lines more often. Also , if you order a Pabst on tap, and nobody has ordered one in the past few hours, you get whatever beer was sitting in the line. It could be almost room temperature when it hits your glass!

ALSO

If you`re at a party where they have Pabst in a a 1/2 barrel, here`s a few things that could afect the taste.

If the room is filled with people smoking, there pets in the room, it`s a dirty smelly room , ALL that air is pumped into that barrel to get the pressure to get the beer out. IT WILL KILL THE TASTE OF ANY BEER.

PABST on tap taste great when it comes out of clean lines, into a chilled ,clean glass, and pressurized with CO2 rather then the air that`s in the room!
