what do we do with the "cards" on the inside of the bottle caps?

there is actually a drinking game known as "PBR poker."  It is a great game where each person playing chugs 5 PBR bottles and whoever has the highest 5 card hand (using the bottle caps) wins the game.  This could be incorrect, but that is how i've always played.

you can usually get about four hands in before you start betting stupid shit but thats how i always played.
